The vision of ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ is built on seamless public services. But for millions of daily commuters using the ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ —and now the newer ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ—the experience often starts with a frustrating message:

If you’re a regular train commuter, you’ve likely experienced this.
- You arrive at the station.
- The ticket counter queue is already 20 people long.
- You open the app to save time.
Instead of a ticket, you see:

Asking commuters to walk away from their platform just to book one defeats the purpose of digital convenience.

Using GPS to identify nearby stations makes sense.

Inside large concrete station structures, GPS signals are naturally unreliable.

- Reduce GPS-related failures
- Work better in dense station infrastructure
- Still prevent the “last-minute ticket when a TC appears” scenario
Digital transformation should be about convenience, not a GPS scavenger hunt.
